When Glenn was 5 years old, his father convinced the family to pack-up all their belongings and move to a run-down farm in Michigan, where Roger saw a potential future in the dairy business. As Glenn was growing-up into adolescence and the farm grew profitable, he began working in the family business in Clare, MI. Eventually, Glenn went on to study Dairy Management at Michigan State University. On one of his vacation trips back home, he suffered a horrible 4-wheeler accident. After months of fighting the infection, which had spread through his entire body, due to the open wound, Glenn had to relearn how to walk. He made a promise to himself that if, and when, he fully recovered, he would do the one thing he had dreamed of his whole life; to dance and direct. This multi-talented, Artistic Director/Choreographer who the New York Times once dubbed a "dancing entrepreneur" before moving over to film directing his slasher independent horror film 'Pitchfork', the over seas Bollywood film 'Rhythm' and being featured as one of the who's who in the choreography industry documentary 'Move' (along side Paula Abdul, Kenny Ortega, Debbie Allen, & Adam Shankman) Glenn was entrusted with the role of creative director for over 40 stage shows, creating some of the biggest stage and music video performances including The Latin Grammys, Pink, Usher, Liza Minnelli, Ricky Martin, Whitney Houston's All Star Gala, The GLAAD Media Awards, Prince Royce, Timbaland, and Marc Anthony. Glenn receive his Emmy Award Nomination for best choreography working along side the late King Of Pop, Michael Jackson, on his 30th Anniversary Special.
