The movie follows the story of Elizabeth Hunter, who begins to control all of her life, society, and employees within a sufficient framework, but every frame in her life determines her actions as a challenge because she chooses her time to die. May 10, 2013 The film circles (slowly, like an overfed vulture) around the protracted death of a savage matriarch played, with no concessions to subtlety, by Charlotte Rampling.
