It seems that the story would be disastrous for this pilot in late 1969. Billy Covington was a helicopter pilot for a radio station in Los Angeles, but he is in real trouble when he violates many safety regulations. It seems that Billy has broken the rules by flying low. As a result, the US Federal Aviation Administration stops its work permit.
