Kirsty's step-mother, Larry's wife and Frank's lover. She is frightened when she realizes Frank went to hell and came back, in a deformed, skinless form. Julia seduced and fed men to monster Frank so he could regain health. Julia tries to force Kirsty to be with him and also helped Frank kill and skin Larry. When the Cenobites come, Julia is slaughtered after being betrayed by Frank, and Frank is torn apart. In Hellbound: Hellraiser 2, she is known as skinless Julia. She seduces and kills a friend of Kristy's and tries to kill Kirsty. Also, she uses a Dr. Channard for the Leviathan. She is killed in hell by a hell vortex, and Kirsty takes her skin to save herself and another girl, Tiffany in an asylum.In the novella, her husband is named Rory, and Kirsty is not related to her.
