Ghemor
Tekeny Ghemor is a Cardassian military officer and inquisitor on Cardassia Prime. He has a daughter, Illiana, who becomes involved with the Obsidian Order, the Cardassian intelligence agency, against his wishes. He becomes disillusioned with Cardassian Central command so the Order uses Kira Nerys in a complicated plot to test him.
